Fishdom 2 [Game Download] Review
I don't know what it says about me that my heart did a little flip of happiness when I saw there was a Fishdom 2 Game, but it did.
I've played all the other Fishdom games, so what's new? You still get different themed tanks to populate with fish and dress up with various decorations. It seemed to me that they were more generous with the amount and variety of the decorations provided. I wish there were more kinds of fish, but there's a decent choice.
You still earn money to create your tanks by playing the match 3 game, but they now give you a chance to earn extra dollars by adding a hidden object game where you collect gems. Gems are also occasionally scattered around the your tank to find.
The Match 3 game takes more work and quickness to get through than strategy. I thought the colors and graphics of the gameboard were more sophisticated than in the previous Fishdom games. The music in Fishdom 2 is surprisingly good for a match 3 game. Someone really rocks out on a flute.
One cool thing is that on some levels, you begin the game with one match that starts a domino cascade of tiles to start falling. Visually clever.
This game is just fun. Lots of explosions and great sound effects, the music, the cartoony graphics. If loving Fishdom is wrong, I don't want to be right.
